Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapy - Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Administer respiratory therapy procedures including aerosol medication administration and ventilatory support.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Epic charting system.
- Implement and monitor respiratory care plans for diverse patient populations.
- Provide coverage for respiratory therapy needs, potentially floating between nearby facilities.
- Participate in patient education and support, addressing respiratory health queries.
Qualifications
- Current RRT certification and valid Washington state license required.
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS certifications.
- Proficient in Epic charting system.
- Experience with arterial blood gas analysis and respiratory distress interventions.
- Strong skills in critical care of adolescent to geriatric patients.
- Ability to work scheduled weekends and block shifts.
