Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and assess patients' respiratory conditions.
• Monitor and manage mechanical ventilation and oxygen therapy.
• Perform tracheostomy care and airway management procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using Epic charting.
• Participate in emergency response efforts and assist in extubation procedures.

Qualifications

• Active and valid RRT certification.
• WA license in hand at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in respiratory therapy.
• Proficiency in using Epic charting systems.
• Preferred experience in Critical Access Hospital settings.
• BLS certification and ability to manage diverse patient age groups.
