Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a patient advocate and circulator, providing support to the sterile field.
- Utilize experience as a circulator in operating room procedures.
- Assist in scrub roles when necessary in the operating room.
- Participate in performing complex surgical procedures such as total joints and multi-level spine fusions.
- Utilize a variety of OR beds and equipment consistently with operating room standards.
- Document patient information accurately using the EMR system, Epic.
Qualifications
- Current Alaska RN license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Experience with robotic surgeries such as Xi Robotic cases in GYN, colorectal, and general surgeries.
- Experience in OR settings, supporting both everyday and complex surgical procedures.
- Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) preferred.
- Positive outlook and willingness to collaborate closely with team members.
