Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates and infants in a Level 3 & 4 NICU setting.
- Utilize advanced skills to manage ventilatory and respiratory care including high frequency ventilation.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively in line with clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and coordinate patient care.
- Float to other units such as PICU and Pediatric Acute care as required.
- Educate families regarding the care and management of neonates.
Qualifications
- Active CA RN License required.
- Current AHA BLS and PALS certifications.
- Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Level 3 & 4 NICU required.
- Experience in PICU settings preferred.
- Proficiency in EPIC charting systems.
