Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of the operating room for CVOR procedures
Monitor patients during surgery, ensuring all vital signs are stable
Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team for optimal patient outcomes
Maintain sterile techniques and adhere to infection control protocols
Document all surgical procedures accurately and in a timely manner
Provide post-operative care and support to facilitate recovery

Qualifications

Current RN license in the state of Texas
Certification in CVOR nursing preferred
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an operating room environment
Strong critical thinking and advanced problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team
CPR and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
