Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a 11 bed/trauma bay environment based on patient needs.
Participate in triage and intake processes, ensuring quick and efficient patient flow.
Manage ER holds and perform tasks such as phlebotomy and patient monitoring.
Participate in department-specific orientation and adhere to facility protocols.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including a physician and charge nurse, for optimal patient care.
Engage in weekend and holiday shifts as per unit requirements.

Qualifications

Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
Ability to function independently with critical thinking and motivation.
Minimum of 2-3 years of emergency nursing experience is required.
Experience with MEDITECH charting system is preferred.
Willingness to work every other weekend and handle holiday schedules.
Navy blue scrub attire required per dress code.
