Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the emergency room setting.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as per facility protocols.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to assess, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Ensure all medical documentation is accurately recorded using Epic systems.
• Monitor and maintain patient safety throughout care activities.
• Float between relevant departments as required to meet facility needs.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing in the state of Washington or compact state.
• Minimum of 2 years ER experience required with patient ratios of 4:1.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, TNCC, PALS.
• Experience in managing BiPAP/CPAP and continuous IV sedation.
• Proficiency in Epic charting system preferred.
• Ability to manage a daily emergency room census of over 95 patients.
