Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic services as prescribed.
- Evaluate, monitor, and implement patient-specific respiratory care plans.
- Administer medications and perform arterial punctures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain equipment and perform diagnostic procedures with accuracy.
- Attend and support procedures in high-risk areas when required.
Qualifications
- Current RRT certification and Washington state license required.
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Certifications in ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS.
- Proficiency with Epic charting system.
- Ability to work weekends, every other week, and float between units if needed.
- Strong skills in adult critical care and specialized respiratory techniques.
