Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist - Speech Language Pathologist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support comprehensive patient care.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records using the Cerner charting system.
• Provide therapy in both primary location and, if needed, float to Mercy Medical Center Redding.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, including potential shift cancellations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have an active BLS certification and a valid CA license.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar setting.
• Willingness to float between facilities, including Redding when required.
• Familiarity with Cerner charting system preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• No BSN requirement; however, license to submit applications is necessary.
