Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine treatment needs and appropriate plans of care.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to offer patient-centered care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families regarding therapeutic exercises and techniques.
• Maintain compliance with facility and professional standards of practice.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Experience in diverse therapeutic settings preferred.
