Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Mammography Technologist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening, diagnostic mammograms, and related procedures.
• Ensure utilization of Hologic 3D technology and maintain relevant records.
• Conduct quality assurance tests and radiation safety procedures.
• Educate patients on procedures and breast self-exams.
• Exercise appropriate precautions and use PPE when necessary.
• Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mammography Technologist.
• Certification in ARRT (M) and BLS is required.
• Proficiency in diagnostic and screening mammograms.
• Experience with digital mammography and 3-D technology.
• Preferred experience in a community hospital setting.
• Ability to perform fine needle aspirations and stereotactic biopsy procedures.
