Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to laboring patients and postpartum mothers and babies.
• Monitor and manage labor progress and patient well-being according to AWHONN guidelines.
• Titrate medications such as Magnesium, Oxytocin, and pain relievers per guidelines.
• Operate and troubleshoot neonatal respiratory equipment, including CPAP and BiPap.
• Participate in team collaboration to ensure quality patient care and effective communication.
• Adapt to a rural setting with limited services over an hour away from NICU facilities.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP.
• Proficiency with the OB Trace Vue electronic fetal monitoring system.
• Ability to float to MSP/ED as needed for patient care support.
