Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized neurological care for high acuity neuro patients, including managing complications such as stroke and STEMI.
• Manage cardiovascular, multi-trauma, and surgical patients with critical conditions.
• Administer and monitor continuous IV therapies such as sedation and neuromuscular blockades.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and collaborate on interdisciplinary care plans.
• Float between ICU and overflow units, adapting care for varying patient conditions.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Epic charting system.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in California; must be in hand.
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience; Level 2 Trauma experience required.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, LA City Fire Card.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Previous experience in a community hospital setting required.
• Strong understanding of isolation precautions and infection prevention protocols.
