Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Administer radiation therapy to patients as prescribed by a radiation oncologist.
- Operate and maintain radiation equipment, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Perform patient assessments and monitor treatment progress.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain accurate patient records.
- Participate in on-call rotation as required, including one weeknight and every fifth weekend.
Qualifications
- Current CNMT or ARRT(N) certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years nuclear medicine experience in a hospital setting.
- Proficiency with Meditech, Fuji Synapse/PACS systems.
- Experience with various nuclear medicine procedures, including cardiac and bone scans.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in small teams.
- Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to adapt to varying shifts.
