Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Therapy/Dietary, Physical Therapy to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to diverse patient populations.
• Document patient progress and adjust plans of care as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Administer assessments and evaluations for personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based strategies for orthopedic and neurological conditions.
• Effectively utilize EMR systems, specifically Epic, for patient documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid NC PT license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• COVID-19 vaccination required; exemptions considered for medical/religious reasons.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
