Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive emergency care to all incoming patients.
Assess, plan, and implement nursing interventions based on patient care needs.
Ensure compliance with Level I trauma center protocols and procedures.
Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
Utilize electronic charting systems such as Cerner to document patient care accurately.
Adapt to varying work schedules and patient demands as needed.

Qualifications

Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state license.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a trauma Level I emergency room setting.
Completed at least one previous travel assignment.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Willingness to work 48 hours and float between units as needed.
Proficiency in Cerner or similar electronic medical records systems preferred.
