Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to ER patients in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess and respond to patient needs effectively.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Document patient care and treatment plans accurately and timely.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and trauma guidelines.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and staff meetings.

Qualifications

Active RN license in Tennessee or a compact state license.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience with recent ER experience.
Previous travel nursing experience preferred, with at least 1 completed assignment.
Driver's license submission required, Level I trauma experience mandatory.
Ability to work 48 hours when needed and manage on-call and weekend shifts.
Preferred experience in large hospitals or similar settings.
