Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform PET/CT and Nuclear Medicine procedures to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines for handling radioactive materials.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and streamline operations.
- Maintain thorough and accurate patient records using Epic charting system.
- Participate in rotating on-call duties and weekend coverage as needed.
- Assist with quality control and equipment maintenance, ensuring optimal functionality.
Qualifications
- Valid California Nuclear Medicine Technologist License required.
- ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification with PET experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of Nuclear Medicine experience required; 6 months in PET essential.
- Experience with Siemens equipment highly preferred.
- First-time travelers with 2+ years of experience encouraged to apply.
- BLS certification required.
