Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Oncology to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and monitor patients for adverse drug reactions.
• Provide infusion therapy including blood transfusions, IVIG, and hydration.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop effective patient care plans.
• Maintain and manage central venous access devices.
• Conduct patient assessments and communicate abnormal findings to physicians.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-treatment care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of California.
• ONS Chemotherapy Certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of oncology nursing experience, 2+ years preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience with Epic charting system.
• Proficient in phlebotomy and IV skills.
