Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within outpatient orthopedic clinics. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for patients with orthopedic conditions including total joint replacements, ACL repairs, and RC repairs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Utilize techniques such as dry needling, vestibular therapy, and orthotic fitting to enhance patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and ongoing care strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC and manage a caseload effectively.

Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin state physical therapy license or eligibility.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Proficient in EPIC charting system.
• Experience in sports medicine and post-cancer care preferred.
• Strong skills in dry needling and orthotic fitting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
