Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, L&D to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients during labor and delivery, ensuring adherence to established procedures and guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to devise and execute patient-centered care plans.
• Monitor and respond to patient conditions, utilizing advanced skills in fetal monitoring, labor management, and delivery techniques.
• Educate patients and families about the childbirth process, postpartum care, and infant care.
• Document all patient care activities and interventions in the Epic charting system accurately and promptly.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and adhere to facility protocols and standards of practice.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing, with experience in labor and delivery.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent L&D experience preferred.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate required.
• Proficiency with Epic or similar electronic medical record systems preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible shift coverage including holidays and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate care and patient education.
