Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services in an inpatient setting, ensuring high standards of patient care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluate patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care services in the electronic health record accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on therapy procedures and expected outcomes.
• Participate in case management reviews to coordinate comprehensive care plans.

Qualifications

• State license in-hand required with application submission.
• Experience with Meditech charting system strongly preferred.
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required; exemptions are provided for medical/religious reasons only.
• Completion of orientation modules, totaling approximately 8 non-billable hours.
• CPR Certification required.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday with one Saturday shift per month.
