Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Mammography Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic mammograms and screening mammograms.
• Utilize 3-D imaging technology to assist in the detection of breast abnormalities.
• Conduct fine needle aspirations and needle localizations as required.
• Follow isolation precautions and utilize appropriate PPE.
• Maintain patient records and charting through the designated electronic medical record system.
• Provide care to adults and geriatric patients, ensuring safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CA state license for Mammography.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a mammography-related role.
• BLS certification and ARRT Certification in Radiography (R).
• Experience with Epic or similar charting systems required.
• Competent in 3-D mammography and stereotactic biopsy procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
