Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and monitoring to cardiac surgery patients.
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia teams for surgical procedures.
• Maintain sterile environments and manage surgical instruments.
• Utilize Meditech EMR for accurate documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotations as per facility schedule.
• Facilitate a team-oriented environment to ensure patient safety and care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Florida.
• 5+ years of CVOR experience required.
• Main OR experience with willingness to float as needed.
• Experience with CABG, valve replacement, and vascular procedures.
• Proficiency in using Meditech EMR preferred.
• Strong team player with flexible scheduling availability.
