Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients with cardiac, pulmonary, neuro, and GI conditions.
• Manage a variety of drips including Heparin, insulin, and amiodarone.
• Participate in a team-oriented environment with charge nurses and nurse aides.
• Monitor patients via telemetry and manage critical care equipment proficiently.
• Adapt to diverse acute care settings and float as required.
• Ensure accurate documentation using the Cerner system.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with ICU and pediatric experience preferred.
• Certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS required.
• Experience with telemetry and rhythm strip interpretation.
• Ability to titrate drips and operate ventilators and other critical care equipment.
• Adaptability to work in various departments as needed.
• Commitment to weekend and holiday rotation if required.
