Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Perform echocardiograms, including TEE and stress echocardiograms, both inpatient and outpatient.
Effectively utilize Philips Epics equipment for diagnostic imaging.
Ensure compliance with patient identification protocols and image labeling practices.
Collaborate with on-call cardiologists and manage 35-50 studies per day based on staffing.
Maintain neat and professional attire with no specific scrub color requirements.
Engage in orientation sessions and coordinate with hospital areas as needed.

Qualifications

BLS & ARDMS or RCS certification required.
Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer Adult Echocardiography (RDCS-AE) via ARDMS required.
Minimum of 1 year of active scanning experience within the last 2 years.
Proficiency in Sunrise and Allscripts charting systems.
Driver's license required at submission; 50-mile radius rule applicable.
Willingness to work rotating on-call nights and weekends with staff.
