Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for labor and delivery patients, including preterm labor management.
• Circulate in labor rooms and triage rooms; assist with OB-GYN procedures and surgeries.
• Administer and monitor blood products and perform advanced procedures like cardioversion.
• Operate and manage equipment including epidural pumps, PCA pumps, and wound vacs.
• Attend all deliveries and high-risk deliveries, providing critical support.
• Float to post-partum and NICU units as needed based on skillset.

Qualifications

• Current compact RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and delivery.
• Experience with Epic charting system required.
• Certifications in BLS, FHM, NRP; ACLS and AWHONN Intermediate preferred.
• Proven experience with blood administration and high-risk delivery assistance.
• Capability to work in high-stress environments and manage multiple priorities.
