Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Perform circulating duties and scrub when required for various surgeries including CVT, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Cataracts, ENT, and more.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
Manage operating room set-up and maintenance, ensuring a safe environment.
Effectively respond to trauma situations in a timely manner.
Facilitate communication between surgical team and other healthcare providers.
Ensure compliance with health, safety regulations, and facility protocols.

Qualifications

Valid RN license in West Virginia or compact state; no temporary or pending licenses accepted.
BLS certification required.
Experience in a variety of surgical services, including trauma cases, is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with team members and patients.
