Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care before, during, and after cardiovascular surgical procedures.
Prepare and manage the operating room according to established protocols and standards.
Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of care plans for patients undergoing cardiovascular surgeries.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and surgical procedures.
Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure a sterile and safe environment.
Comply with all hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Kansas.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a cardiovascular operating room setting.
Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
