Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
• Monitor fetal health and manage induction and recovery processes.
• Assist with obstetric emergencies such as shoulder dystocia and postpartum hemorrhage.
• Utilize advanced skills in fetal monitoring and medication administration for inductions.
• Perform routine procedures including C-sections and circumcisions.
• Participate in daily safety and patient experience rounding.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license and labor and delivery experience required.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required.
• Training in fetal monitoring and ability to manage obstetric emergencies preferred.
• Proficiency with Meditech and CPN documentation systems.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility in scheduling including rotating weekends and holidays.
