Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist - Speech Language Pathologist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients' speech, language, and communication abilities.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient needs.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using the Cerner charting system.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Provide education and counseling to patients and families regarding communication disorders.
Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology through continuous education.

Qualifications

Current Speech Language Pathologist license in Arizona.
BLS (AHA) certification.
Certified Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) via ASHA.
Experience in an outpatient care setting preferred.
Proficiency with Cerner charting system or similar EMR systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
