Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiology/Imaging - X-Ray Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room patients.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment, ensuring quality imaging results.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols for patient, self, and staff safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a Level III trauma center environment.
• Document and maintain patient records accurately using EPIC charting system.
• Rotate weekend and holiday shifts, provide on-call support as needed.

Qualifications

• Certified with a minimum of 2 years hospital experience as an X-Ray Tech.
• Hold ARRT-R certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• CT state license required; applications with pending status will be considered.
• Experience with portable and bedside X-ray procedures preferred.
• Proficient with PACS and EPIC systems for documentation and patient management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse patient groups.
