Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Assess and deliver nursing care according to individual patient needs and conditions.
Develop comprehensive and individualized nursing care plans based on patient history and diagnostic results.
Administer medications and treatments with accuracy to provide quality patient care.
Ensure accuracy of medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care planning and outcomes.
Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans as necessary to achieve care goals.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse; experience in a clinical specialty preferred.
Current Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact State.
BLS (CPR) certification from the American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
Experience with EPIC charting system required.
Certified in ACLS and capable of administering blood products and managing cardiac drips.
