Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Therapy/Dietary - Physical Therapy to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services in an acute rehab setting.
• Utilize adaptive devices and assistive tools to aid patient mobility and recovery.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families about therapeutic processes and home exercise programs.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care by collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress in Epic charting system.

Qualifications

• Valid California Physical Therapy license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a physical therapy role.
• Experience with Epic charting systems required.
• BLS certification required.
• Comfortable floating to like units within the healthcare facility if needed.
• Strong preference given to candidates with trauma level II experience.
