Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Therapy/Dietary, Occupational Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive occupational therapy care to patients with a variety of diagnoses, including trauma and neurological conditions.
  • Implement and assess individualized therapy plans, tailored to patient needs and treatment goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Maintain up-to-date patient records and documentation with proficiency in Epic charting system.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and infection control procedures to ensure a safe patient care environment.
  • Provide coverage in acute, medical, ICU, and rehabilitation units as needed.

Qualifications

  • Valid Washington State Occupational Therapist License.
  • Minimum of one year of acute care experience required.
  • Proficient in Epic charting system preferred.
  • Experience in inpatient rehab and acute care settings.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 8-9 patients per day effectively.
