Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for surgical patients in a busy OR.
• Float to like units and adapt to different surgery schedules as required.
• Manage on-call and weekend responsibilities as needed.
• Oversee and support less experienced staff during complex procedures.
• Ensure readiness and sterility of all surgical equipment and environments.
• Exchange and communicate critical information with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Current AHA BLS certification and CO or compact RN license.
• Minimum 3 years of OR experience, with Level 1 or 2 trauma experience.
• Proficient in Epic charting systems.
• Expertise with a range of surgical procedures including General, GU/GYN, and Neuro.
• Ability to circulate in complex and emergency surgical situations.
• Prepared to float between similar OR units as needed.
