Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure sterile environment prior to procedures.
- Assist surgeons during operations while maintaining sterile techniques.
- Monitor patient's vitals and support anesthetists during surgery.
- Coordinate care with surgical teams and communicate effectively with staff.
- Perform patient assessments and provide postoperative care as needed.
- Document patient care accurately using the facility's charting system.
Qualifications
- Current CA nursing license in good standing required.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent operating room experience.
- BCLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
- Strong understanding of infection control and safety protocols.
- Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
