Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in performing surgical procedures in the cardiovascular operating room.
- Ensure the CVOR is adequately prepared and organized for procedures.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and assist the surgical team as needed.
- Participate in the rotation to work every other weekend and holidays with hospital staff.
- Maintain scrub color standard: Ciel Blue for Surgical Staff.
- Adhere to facility policy and maintain high-quality patient care standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a cardiovascular operating room setting.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality care, and patient advocacy.
