Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services for acute rehab patients, ensuring patient safety and adherence to care plans.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer appropriate therapy techniques including gait training, assistive device training, and therapeutic exercises.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies to meet dynamic patient needs and goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care and treatment responses using the Epic charting system.

Qualifications

• Current and valid California Physical Therapist license.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in acute rehab settings preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with Epic charting system strongly preferred.
• Willingness to float between units as required.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
