Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate patient care in adherence to facility protocols and standards.
• Float within designated zones, covering multiple sites as required.
• Support clinical operations by collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Titrate heparin drips as needed according to patient condition and protocols.
• Document patient care activities and changes using the EPIC charting system.
• Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, including weekend and holiday rotations.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• Minimum of two years of Medical Surgical/Telemetry experience required.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (AHA) required.
• Familiarity with treating diverse patient populations, including cardiac, neuro, ortho patients.
• Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments and patient needs.
• Prefer prior experience in neurology settings.
