Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy assessments and evaluations to establish patient treatment goals.
• Maintain a schedule of 10-12 patients per day, focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Execute treatment plans with a mix of 30 and 45 minute sessions per patient.
• Provide outpatient care with additional exposure to geriatric and neurological populations.
• Collaborate across outpatient, acute care, and inpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; acute care or inpatient rehabilitation experience considered.
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with diverse patient populations including geriatric and neurological.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care.
