Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide expert care for high-risk OB patients in a culturally diverse setting.
Circulate during cesarean sections ensuring sterile techniques are maintained.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records using Epic charting system.
Float to meet facility needs while delivering quality nursing care.
Educate and support mothers and families throughout the childbirth process.

Qualifications

Active RN license in California.
Minimum of 1-year experience in labor and delivery nursing.
Advanced certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP.
Proficiency in Epic or similar charting systems.
Flexible to work weekends and holidays as required.
Strong assessment and communication skills.
