Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to critically ill neonates in a Level III or IV NICU setting.
  • Administer CPAP/BiPap, High Frequency Vents, and Oscillators for respiratory support.
  • Handle administration of blood and blood products, and perform cardioversion/defibrillation as needed.
  • Manage feeding tubes, and administer care for PICC and central lines.
  • Participate in high-risk deliveries and neonatal surgeries.
  • Float to different campuses and units, such as Issaquah, Edmonds, or Pediatrics when required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of Level III NICU experience or 2 years at Level IV NICU.
  • Current BLS and NRP certifications are required.
  • Experience with Epic charting system is preferred.
  • Proficient in neonatal dosage calculations and ventilator management (AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BIPAP/PEEP).
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams.
  • Willingness to float among units and campuses as needed.
