Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide safe and effective perioperative nursing care in the operating room.
Collaborate with surgical teams to enhance patient outcomes and maintain sterile environments.
Manage patient safety during preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative stages.
Assist in robotic surgeries and provide expertise in ortho-sports medicine.
Utilize advanced equipment such as wound vacs and epidural pumps with proficiency.
Perform circulating and scrub roles in various surgical procedures including ENT and vascular surgery.

Qualifications

Current RN license applicable to the state of assignment.
Minimum of 2 years operating room experience required.
BLS certification is mandatory; ACLS preferred.
Proficiency in robotic surgery and procedure sedation is required.
Strong skills in managing blood/blood products, drains, and central lines.
Experience with ENT procedures, endoscope expertise, and scrub experience preferred.
