Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide circulating duties in the operating room following all protocols and procedures
- Assist in surgeries using da Vinci Robotics system and other required equipment
- Maintain accurate records and reports using the EPIC EMR system
- Prepare and maintain a sterile environment to ensure patient safety
- Participate in the on-call rotation as required, with 3 to 6 call shifts per month
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including trauma and orthopedic cases
Qualifications
- Active RN license and BLS certification
- A minimum of two years of experience in operating room settings
- Proficiency with da Vinci Robotics and orthopedic procedures
- Experience with vascular procedures preferred
- Adaptable and flexible to the dynamic demands of an OR environment
- Ability to work effectively in a Trauma II center with multidisciplinary teams
