Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to mothers and their newborns during the labor and delivery process.
• Monitor fetal heartbeat and mother's condition continuously during the delivery process.
• Coordinate with physicians and other medical staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Implement and follow all hospital policies and procedures.
• Prepare delivery room instruments and equipment.
• Educate and support families throughout the delivery and postpartum process.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently.
• Commitment to maintaining clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
