Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care in the operating room for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
Assist with surgical procedures including ortho, general surgery, urology, gynecology, and spine.
Be prepared to circulate in specialties such as ENT, total joints, neuro/spine, and OB-GYN.
Manage post-anesthesia care and patient recovery with focus on safety and comfort.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and monitor sedation levels to ensure patient safety.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and enhance care delivery.

Qualifications

Valid RN license with eligibility to practice in the state of Washington.
A minimum of 2 years operating room nursing experience.
BLS certification required and ACLS preferred for advanced patient care.
Proficiency in operating room instrumentation and technology including robotics.
Experience with blood administration, epidural pumps, and vascular device management.
Proficient in circulating and scrubbing in surgical specialties and procedures.
