Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Technician to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform PET/CT scans and manage imaging equipment effectively.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to provide accurate imaging results.
- Maintain compliance with radiation safety protocols and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff.
- Adhere to facility guidelines and ensure quality patient care.
- Participate in on-call duties if necessary to support departmental needs.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technician required.
- BLS certification necessary.
- Certification by NMTCB(N) or ARRT(N) is required.
- Experience with Siemens equipment is preferred.
- State license in Nuclear Medicine and Radiology required.
- Ability to provide own radiation badge mandated by the facility.
