Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Electrophysiology Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnostic, interventional, and acute procedures maintaining strict asepsis and utilizing effective resource management.
• Prepare specialty EP equipment to ensure accurate diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Execute control room duties using knowledge of physiologic monitoring and EP-specific systems for comprehensive patient assessment.
• Provide EP-specific support including digital archiving and supply distribution for seamless procedural workflows.
• Deliver effective care in circulating role during procedures focusing on patient, physician, and team needs.
• Ensure cultural competence and effective communication with the multidisciplinary team for inclusive patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience required, including first-time travelers.
• BLS, ACLS, ARRT, RCIS, and RCES certifications are required.
• Experience in arrhythmia induction, cardioversion, and pacemaker insertion is necessary.
• Preferred experience in cardiac ablation, cardiac mapping, and conduction studies.
• Proficiency with EP labs, including 9-room lab with 2 active EP labs for ablations and implants.
• EPIC experience required and ability to float as needed to any Cone Health campus.
