Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - MedSurg to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients with infectious diseases and isolation precautions.
• Administer medications, including Heparin and antibiotics, as per medical directives.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the EPIC charting system.
• Float to other MedSurg units as needed, providing competent care within skill set.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of West Virginia.
• Current BLS certification (AHA required).
• Minimum of 1 year of travel nursing experience in MedSurg required.
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system.
• Strong understanding of infectious disease and isolation procedures.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
